Lots of changes and the possibility of an upset looms large as Barcelona have four changes to their starting lineup. Carles Puyol, Xavi, and Víctor Valdés will be absent from the lineup due to injuries as the stress of the season has started to take a toll on the Culé starters. Pinto will be under the sticks, Seydou Keita will be in the midfield while Eric Abidal will once again move to centerback along side Gerard Piqué. Brazilian Dani Alves is out due to suspension. With 5 points seperating Real Madrid and Barcelona, this match hold a lot of importance in the race for the La Liga title. Mallorca’s key player Iván Ramis is sidelined because the center back is still recovering from his injury and has looked good in practice the past few days, but will not be forced back into action.
